Only dogs considered to be well socialised, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people
are suitable for joining Home from Home Doggy Daycare.
Please note if your dog has not stayed with us before then a trial familiarisation must take place for an agreed period of time to evaluate if your dog is happy and settled and fits into our surroundings with our resident pooch.
Dogs with behaviour or aggression issues will not be accepted.
Regretfully we are unable to accept un-neutered male dogs for home boarding.
Female dogs who come into season will not be able to attend Home from Home for the duration of their season (3-4 weeks).
Puppies are welcome 4 weeks after completing the final course of vaccinations.
Written consent is required if you would like your dog walked off the lead.
Written consent is required if you consent to your dog being in a home boarding situation with other dogs.
All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate (certificate to be provided for photocopying).
All dogs accepted must be wormed and de-flead regularly.
All dogs accepted must have relevant pet insurance.
In the unlikely event of your dog being involved in an accident or becoming sick whilst in our care Home from Home will take your dog to Hedge End Veterinary Health Centre or to the owners own veterinary practice (details must be supplied).
Owners must supply dogs with their own bedding, bowls, grooming materials etc.
Dogs will be invoiced in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
If no payment is received Home from Home reserve the right to refuse your dog and will contact you to inform you of this.
Home from Home reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the contract of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behaviour.
